England and Pakistan champions, kick off the new edition of the World Championship of Legends. This is the second season of the tournament with former players from the top six international teams playing in this tournament.
The tournament will be played from July 18 and the final will be played on August 2. The six teams will be led by former international cricketers. Yuvraj Singh will lead India Champions, AB De Villiers South Africa Champions, Eoin Morgan England Champions, Brett Lee Australia Champions and Chris Gayle West Indies Champions.
Every team will play five matches, which will be followed by semi-final and final matches. The semi-finals will be played on July 31, followed by the final on August 2. The first set of matches will be played in Birmingham.

The former cricketers from the two respective teams will be back to taking the field again. England will be led by Eoin Morgan, while Shahid Afridi will be back to leading Pakistan. The match will be played at Edgbaston, Birmingham. The venue will host the first four games of the tournament. The match starts from 9 PM IST.
This being the campaign opener, a win is all that the two teams will look forward to. Both teams are packed with superstars from the yesteryears. The likes of Moeen Ali, Ravi Bopara, Liam Plunkett and Samit Patel for the core of the side, along with Eoin Morgan.
Meanwhile, for Pakistan, the evergreen Shahid Afridi returns to the pitch. Misbah Ul-Haq, Shoaib Malik, Abdur Razzaq, Wahab Riaz, Sohail Tanveer and Sarfarz Khan for the core of this Pakistan side. The likes of Shoaib Malik, Wahab Riaz and Sarfaraz Khan are still around for Pakistan playing across different T20 leagues.
