The 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the youngest batter to score an IPL century in his debut season with the Rajasthan Royals. He impressed everyone with his aggressive style, showcasing incredible power and stroke play for someone his age.. Vaibhav scored 252 runs in seven matches, including a blazing century against the Gujarat Titans, the fastest ever by an Indian in the league.
His breakout season earned him a call-up to India’s U19 squad for the tour of England, where he continued his fine form, especially in the limited-overs matches alongside Ayush Mhatre.
